Former talk show host enters Congressional race
In Lansing, Michigan, former local radio talk show host Tony Trupiano announced on Tuesday his candidacy for U.S. Congress. Trupiano will run as a Democrat in Michigan’s 11th congressional district, a seat now held by Republican Thaddeus McCotter of Livonia.
Trupiano said he is “running for Congress to restore the values and priorities important to Michigan’s working families to the House of Representatives.”
