Breaking news: Tom DeLay has been indicted on criminal conspiracy charges.
This has been something of a topic of conversation lately. Wonkette talked about Tom DeLay receiving charges earlier today, as did the Austin American Statesman.
Update: As the Iowa Voice points out, GOP rules are that he must step down as Majority Leader. And Yahoo has an article on this.
