London Suspect In Court
A man charged with attempting to bomb the London subway system had his first court appearance Friday, a day after being extradited from Italy.
Hussain Osman, 27, also known as Hamdi Issac, confirmed his name and told the judge overseeing the proceedings at Belmarsh prison that he had no permanent address.
Magistrate Timothy Workman denied an application for bail, and set Osman‘s next court appearance for Dec. 8.
