Iran finishes nuclear plant
Iranian foreign policy official Hosein Musavianhas bragged that while the 9 months of talks with EU were going on, Tehran was completing work at the Isfahan enrichment facility, and that work on nuclear centrifuges in a Natanat plant also progressed. Musavianhas insinuated that the talks were stalled for this very reason.
Iran had accepted a temporary freeze on most of its nuclear programme until Ahmadinejad became president. Iran’s policy makers aren’t worried about what the West might do, because for over a year they’ve been meeting with China to discuss an alliance… oil and minerals in exchange for military and civilian technology.
