US Close on Climate Concessions
Now the time has finally come, President Bush has indicated he will change his stance on climate change, acknowledging that there is enough scientific evidence to admit the phenomenon exists.
But he has also indicated he will not be bound by a Kyoto-style Protocol, and would favor sequestration in wells, and not treaties that enforce particular limits.
