Missing Idaho Girl Found with Fugitive
Today, six weeks after members of her family were beaten to death at her Idaho home, an 8-year-old girl who had disappeared with her brother was found with her abductor in her hometown Denny’s when a waitress recognized the girl from a missing-children poster.
Her abductor, Joseph E. Duncan III, was a registered sex offender and a fugitive from a charge of sexually molesting a 7-year-old last summer in Minnesota. You can read the full article here.
Duncan is exactly the kind of person who makes me support the death penalty. He obviously repeatedly molests children, and now he’s murdered a little girl’s entire family before abducting her. Not only am I pro capital punishment, I wish they would go back to the Old West ways and put “WANTED, DEAD OR ALIVE” posters everywhere in cases like this. “WANTED DEAD” would be even better. Give people instant immunity (even a medal) for killing people like Joseph Duncan. This country is out of control with child molesters and kidnappers. MAYBE some of them would think twice if they knew it would eventually end their own lives. People like Duncan will never be “rehabilitated” and safely allowed back into the community. The prisons are over crowded anyway, so just take them out of existence. Each one would mean one less evil person on this earth and probably several more safer children.
